Your personal information will only be used for its purpose — to get your product to you. See the privacy policy for more information. 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to me within 14 days after delivery. After receiving the returned item, I will issue a refund. Any promotional items, including Amazon gift cards, will be subtracted from the purchase price and are yours to keep. For example, if a book costs $75 and you get a $25 gift card with it, keep the gift card, return the book, and I will refund $50. You pay return shipping. 

I plan to ship all books within 1 business day, though this may occasionally vary. In general, USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground will be used, but I may consider alternatives based on cost, especially for shipments to Canada or other countries, for which FedEx may be used. Shipping times are based on postal services, and factors such as weather and labor shortages may cause delays. If you plan to purchase this book outside of the United States, please allow for additional shipping time.

As a physician practicing obesity medicine, I use a number of medications for obesity, but this in no way influences my goal of education for this website. Phew — if you read through all of that, you are probably trying to find some loophole to do something that is questionable.
