Your personal information will only be used for its purpose- to get your product to you. See privacy policy for more information. 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to me within 14 days after delivery. After receiving the returned item, I will refund it. Any promotional items including Amazon gift cards will be subtracted from the purchase price, and is yours to keep. For example if a book costs $75 dollars, and you get a $25 gift card with it, keep the gift card, return the book, and I will refund $50 dollars. You pay return shipping. 

I plan to ship all books within 1 business day, although this occasionally may vary. In general, I use priority mail (2 day shipping), but may consider alternatives based on cost, etc. especially to Canada or other countries, of which Fed Ex will likely be used. Shipping times are based on postal services, and variables such as weather, work shortages etc. may delay shipping times. If you plan to purchase this book outside of the United States or Canada, please allow for additional shipping time.

I do everything in my power to be upfront regarding any books and the quality. You can also see the first pages on Amazon.com by clicking "Look inside". 

These same books are sold on Amazon as well. Per Amazon policy, the book prices must be the same if I sell them outside of Amazon. For this reason, I may use promotional gift cards etc. to provide promotions. I can not offer promotions on Kindle versions of the book. 

**As of 2025, I will be transitioning away from selling on Amazon due to a significant uptick in copyright infringement issues and AI generated negative reviews, with minimal response from Amazon. 

If you contact me through this website and provide information on topics that have not been addressed in my book, this information may be used and distributed to other test takers via questions, blogs, or podcasts without your knowledge or credit. I will not publically use your name, email address, etc. in order to protect your privacy. 

All books are copyrighted and registered. Any unlawful use or reproduction without my permission will be considered a copyright infringement and may end with legal action.

The author of this review book has not been provided information  regarding examination questions, nor does the author have preferential knowledge regarding  actual questions included in the examination.

My opinions on any blog posts or podcasts are strictly opinions and aimed at improving education for examination purposes. Any products, organizations, or other entities mentioned have not endorsed, approved, or reviewed my opinions of them. Likewise, any mention, positive or negative, of their products is strictly opinion. 

As a physician practicing obesity medicine, I use a number of medications for obesity, but this in no way influences my goal of education for this website. There are no conflicts of interest between my role as a physician or educator, and I receive no special treatment, endorsements, etc. from pharmaceutical companies. 

Phew- if you read through all of that, you are probably trying to find some loophole to do something that is questionable. So this line is for you: The author of this site has sole discretion and final authority to make decisions that affect this site, books, and return policy if questionable activity is suspected.
