Yes! Create a free membership and then select Q bank in the menu. Test it out, and if you like it, a link to upgrade is located at the top of the page.

You can purchase the Q bank in two ways:

• Ultimate Membership: This includes every study material available for the current test cycle, including the online Q bank access, all three books, Pass Guarantee (not included/available after Sept 1st), and 50 bonus questions (released by August 2026) in addition to access to all of online audio courses. It is complete access and the most popular option. Check out the membership page for more information.
• Stand-alone Q bank: If you just want the Q bank without the extra perks, you can purchase it from this page.

There is a free sample test that contains 25 questions. If you decide to purchase the Q bank, the price is $189.99. All purchases of the online question bank include the Pass Guarantee (not included/available with sales after Sept 1st) and 50 additional bonus questions (released in August, bringing the total questions to over 825!)

This is an included perk that provides free access to the online question bank the following year if for some reason you fail the exam this year, at no charge to you. If you purchase the Ultimate Membership, you can select if you would like the online version or the books. Not available/included after September 1st.

Each year, candidates would have feedback on the features they would like added. Using a third-party Q bank had limitations on customization, which have been resolved with creating our own Q bank:

• Retest: Now you can not only review all of your prior tests, but also be retested on them.
• More data: The new Q bank tracks your progress over time in an easy-to-interpret graph and breakdowns. This data is used to identify your weakest areas and create ready-made custom tests to maximize your score.
• Integration: One account that has seamless integration with the website. The Q bank includes links to blogs, learning paths, and other resources that you can view on the go or add to your account favorites.

In order to avoid disruption in studying, the original Q bank is still available to use throughout the test cycle (expires October 20th) and can be accessed at obesityQbank.com. See the instructional video for the original Q bank.

All images in the online question bank are in color. In contrast, only black and white images are seen in the book.

All the same content including the images, tables, and explanations is included in the online version. There are some mild differences. For example, instead of an appendix in the Obesity Medicine: Practice Tests, the tables/images related to the question in the online version are directly embedded within the explanation.

All candidates will lose access to the 2026 online question bank October 20th 2026, regardless of when you purchased the question set. This is after the 2026 test window. Therefore it is best to order the question bank earlier to maximize study time. The 2027 version will be released shortly after.

Sharing accounts and passwords is not permitted and will lead to account deactivation without a refund. Accounts are monitored for suspicious activity including multiple device log-ins, screenshots, and other security issues. It is understood that by using this platform you will not share accounts or digitally send information. This account is for you and you alone to utilize for study purposes.

It is recommended to trial the practice test in order ensure that you are happy with the formatting and style of this online bank before purchasing. In addition, you can perform a system compatibility check when you are on your dashboard. Once you create an account, a practice set of questions (25) is available without charge. After you purchase the question bank, if you complete more than 10% of the questions, 30 days lapse after the date of purchase, or you access the 50 bonus questions (released in August), you will not be allowed a refund.

As with all online question banks, occasional maintenance is completed to ensure a seamless experience. These maintenance events are minimal and performed overnight. Ensuring you have proper internet/cell coverage, there should be no interruptions while taking an exam. This site can also handle a significant amount of traffic. Regardless, it is always wise to plan accordingly, and avoid delaying all of your studying until the last minute.

All major credit cards are accepted. All payments are made securely through Stripe and the owner of this site and any associated applications have absolutely no access to any account/credit card information at anytime, as this is all completed securely through Stripe.

Original Q bank: Absolutely — after purchase, you will be provided access to a PDF receipt. If you have trouble finding it, then email obesitymedicinereview@gmail.com and one will be sent to you.

Beta Q bank: You will find this under your account in the top right corner.

Original Q bank: When you are on the “Test Maker” page, click the “analysis” button in the top right corner. This will allow you to see all prior tests that you have taken or were in the middle of. Select the orange “Rejoin” button to resume where you left off. This “analysis” tab will also allow you review any prior question sets as well.

Beta version: There are multiple places to easily find and restart exams, including the dashboard and performance sections.

Original Q bank: In the “Test Maker” page, select “Preferences” at the bottom right.” The preferences page will have a button at the bottom that says “Delete History.”

Beta version: Go to Preferences to reset the Q bank.

Many candidates plan to take the exam the following year, but have CME they would like to use up in the current year. Not a problem! Please send an email prior to the purchase regarding your plans and your books and online Q bank can be shipped and activated the following year if desired. You will maintain all the current benefits (Pass Guarantee, bonus questions etc.), but in the subsequent year.

The Q banks do not provide CME credits, but CME money is often utilized to purchase these resources without issue.
